About these terms

These Terms of Use describe the conditions for using the Molecule Works website. Use the site only if you can lawfully agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Questions can be sent to moleculeworks1@gmail.com.

Research use only

Materials described on this site are intended for lawful laboratory research by adults age 18 or older, including independent laboratory researchers and researchers purchasing on behalf of businesses, universities, or other institutions. They are not offered for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or disease prevention. Product descriptions and educational content are not medical advice or instructions for personal use. You are responsible for determining whether a material is appropriate and lawful for your intended research.

Reviewing an order

Submitting a contact form does not create a purchase contract. These website terms do not establish a completed sale. Review the applicable price, charges, purchase conditions, and acceptance process before submitting an order.

Prices, shipping & returns

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping and taxes are not included in the displayed item subtotal.

Product availability and listings may change. See Shipping & delivery, Returns & order issues, and Orders & payments for the current information. These pages do not override rights that cannot be excluded by law. An order is subject to the terms and disclosures provided at the time of purchase.

Product information & COAs

Available reports are listed by product and vial size. Review the complete report and contact us if you need help confirming whether it applies to your selected product. A listed report is not a guarantee about an individual vial.

A product image or a number printed on a rendered label is not a laboratory report. Do not treat a demonstration document as evidence of identity, purity, quantity, sterility, or suitability. When genuine reports are available, their scope is limited to the samples, methods, and results they identify. A COA is not approval for human or veterinary use.

Responsible website use

Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent or unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malicious software. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse or security threats.

Website content & your messages

Molecule Works branding and original website content belong to Molecule Works or their respective rights holders. You may view the site and retain permitted downloads for your own lawful reference. Do not misrepresent ownership, remove attribution, or republish content commercially without permission. Third-party reports remain subject to the issuer’s rights and conditions.

You retain rights in the content you send us. You authorize us to use it as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and provide support, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only send information you are entitled to share.

External services & links

Links to external websites and services are provided for reference or functionality. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We do not control their availability or content, and linking to a resource does not independently verify every claim it contains.

Accuracy, availability & responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors, interruptions, and outdated information may occur. Contact us if you find a discrepancy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website content is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular research purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Molecule Works is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer, privacy, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud. These terms do not replace applicable product-sale obligations.

Changes, disputes & contact

We may revise these terms and will display the updated date on this page. Material changes will be communicated where required. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing purchase agreement. Mandatory laws and available rights in the applicable jurisdiction remain in effect; these terms do not require arbitration or waive access to a competent court.
